SIZING, FABRIC AND CARE

To find your perfect size, please refer to the size guide, along with any fit notes contained within the product page.
Our swimsuits are designed to be supportive and comfortable. So if your measurements put you between two different sizes, we would generally suggest sizing down—but you should go up or down depending on your fit preferences.If you like your swimwear to fit snugly and to feel more compressive, pick the smaller size. If you like a more relaxed and comfortable fit with room for body shape fluctuations, go for the larger size.
In most cases, we’d advise to opt for the smaller size—swimwear looks best when it fits snugly, in our opinion!

Our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Sheila swimwear. We may host pop-up stores in the future—to know when and where you can stay up to date through our email subscription and social media pages!

So you can swim-wear forever, we recommend washing your Sheila pieces in cold water with similar colours and drying them flat in the shade. If you can, avoid rough surfaces and high levels of chlorine.

Sustainability is important to us! That’s why we have selected a luxuriously thick and supportive recycled nylon made from waste that is otherwise polluting the earth—including fishing nets, carpets, abandoned textiles, and plastic waste. The regenerated nylon is formed through a process of sorting, cleaning, regeneration and purification. The processing occurs in accordance with the Global Recycling Standard, and is certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX.
- Main: 75% Recycled Nylon, 25% Elastane
- Lining: 80% Recycled Nylon, 20% Elastane

SHIPPING

We deliver within Australia.
We currently use multiple postal and courier services, depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.
We do not currently deliver to countries outside Australia. However, if you’re desperate to get your hands on some Sheila swimwear, reach out to us at hello@sheilathelabel.com or via our Contact Us form, and we’ll see if we can assist.

We deliver within Australia, and to the United States.
Within Australia, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD. Standard shipping is $10 AUD for orders under $200 AUD. Express shipping is available for all orders for a flat rate of $20 AUD.
We ship to the United States for a flat rate of $20 USD for all orders.

Subject to our Terms of Sale, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 business days from receipt of your order.
Your order will be shipped to your delivery address by our preferred carrier.
While we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within our preferred carrier’s expected delivery times, orders within Australia should take approximately 5-7 business days from dispatch to arrive, depending on your location, and orders to the United States should take approximately 6-10 business days from dispatch to arrive.
You will receive an email confirmation from us that your order has been dispatched and we will provide you with a tracking number to track your order.
All orders are shipped from our Sheila warehouse located in Australia.

RETURNS

We want to support our customers by allowing for change of mind returns on products purchased from us online.
Please note that for change-of-mind returns, you will be required to return the item/s at your cost.

If you would like to return your item for any reason other than a change of mind return, please request a return through your online account or contact our Customer Team by email at returns@sheilathelabel.com.

If you would like to return an item for a change of mind return, you must, within 14 days from the date on which the item is confirmed as delivered to you, request a return online.
- From desktop computer: click the icon that looks like a person at the top right of the website.
- From mobile: go to the menu > Account.
Log in, select your order, then choose “request return” and follow the prompts. You don’t need to have created an account to do this — it’ll tie your order to your email address.
Our Customer Team will review your request and email return instructions.
Upon our receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect your item to determine whether a refund for the item will be offered to you in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Our mailer mags are designed for reuse. Please ensure item/s are shipped back to Sheila using the original packaging.

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

When you use the Try Before You Buy service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

The Try Service fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
