We know purchasing new swimwear can be tricky, and It is important to us that you confidently find the perfect fit and style when shopping with us online.

Now, you can try our products at-home, before you buy.

1. Add to Cart

Add items to your cart using the Try Before You Buy button, and then check out — free.

2. Check Out

We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.

3. Try at Home

Once your order arrives, you will have three days to try on the items.

4. Complete Your Order

We'll send you access to your customer portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. Securely pay for what you keep and simply return the rest. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Service is valid on full-priced items only, and only for orders within Australia.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Use the "Try Before You Buy" button when adding items to your cart.

Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. We'll use this card when you decide to complete your order.

Once your order arrives, you will have three days to try on the items.

We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your customer portal and complete the order.

Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.

You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

RETURNS

If you need to return anything, you'll send your items back to us at your own expense. We will provide instructions when we receive your return request.

Returns must be posted within three days of completing the order.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY FAQS

  1. To find your perfect size, please refer to the size guide, along with any fit notes contained within the product page.

    Our swimsuits are designed to be supportive and comfortable. So if your measurements put you between two different sizes, we would generally suggest sizing down—but you should go up or down depending on your fit preferences.

    If you like your swimwear to fit snugly and to feel more compressive, pick the smaller size. If you like a more relaxed and comfortable fit with room for body shape fluctuations, go for the larger size. 

    In most cases, we’d advise to opt for the smaller size—swimwear looks best when it fits snugly, in our opinion!

  2. Any items which you do not wish to keep, you can return. You will find instructions in the customer portal.

    Please note that you will need to return items at your own expense.

  3. We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $200 AUD, but we do not cover the cost of return postage and handling fees.

    If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods.

    We cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

  4. When you use the Try Before You Buy service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep.

  5. You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

  8. Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
